Many are whining that SBM assets are useless and questionable re this TO blah blah blah... They failed to see both SLR or GMD are respected gurus in this industry with better vision and probably 100 times smarter than you. Some are crying need more explanation for this asset TO, but you just don't see the forest due to the leaves at the front - SLR and GMD just cannot say it out loud "SBM board is incompetent/impotent/crap" hence they are confident to make money from these assets. That's also why many hold the view that as long as SBM board is flushed out, this company has a high chance to turn itself around.
10Moz+ resource & 3Moz+ reserves, as well as develped a mine and established plant definitely worths a lot. These are not DCN type of resources that were likely falsely reported. Every $100 margin means $1b from 10Moz scale. It's a huge leverage play on gold price.
Today SLR and GMD both fell a lot. Maybe hitmen are hired to short eacher other to undermine their offer values? It's ironic at record high of gold, many producers are at record low.
