Let's extrapolate his opinion a bit: becasue RF is smarter, SBM shareholders have better surrender their assets cheaply to him without considering their own interests. By the way, SLR's offer, with today's SP, implies 85c/share for Leonora assets. Considering SBM's other assets and debt position, its SP should be 90c+. I think this can be achieved if the current management is changed.
