if SLR are that keen on the Leonora assets, and I'm not sure if this is possible in the whole scheme of things...
why don't SLR pay the 5mil break fee for SBM and put a clause in to say that DD will be done within the 2 weeks or they can't/won't submit a binding proposal?
what's 5million in the big picture?
put the onus back on themselves on making the deal happen instead of this what seems to be school yard back and forth.
(I'd prefer this didn't happen since I only hold GMD now)
