The shareholders don't want to sell their most valuable asset. As poor as the deal was before, it was a merger up until about a month ago.
A script offer for the entire company is the best outcome for SBM shareholders. The gold is there. The assets just need to be managed well.
I think it is entirely possible SLR may come back with a script offer. What do you think GMD would do if that scenario played out? You guys would be running for the exits.
