Can't agree more. The best scenario is SLR put out a scrib offer for the whole company, and kick all the SBM board out. I think this is also a possible scenario in the coming AGM. The major holders will champion on such a motion.
I think GMD is desperate now, using all measures to scare SBM SHs, including long/short the 3 stocks to present fake sentiments.
Without Gwalia, there will be no SBM; and without Gwalia, there will be pessimal GMD.
