A scathing assessment of SBM board and management.
As some posters have alluded to, it looks like SLR began this process in September last year, but for whatever reason SBM wouldn't engage. The reluctance of SBM to engage with SLR seems outlandish.
Why wouldn't SBM try to achieve the best price on it's Leonora assets?
