SLR share price down 2.8% already this morning. The market does not like the conditional bid still subject to Due Diligence.
Therein lies the essential problem for the SBM board an unconditional offer versus a conditional offer.
Most Boards crave certainty, especially those with covenant breaches and debt repayment deadlines looming.
