    "As part of the Acquisition, Select is proposing to undertake a consolidation of its issued capital. The consolidation ratio has not yet been set, but it is intended that Select will consolidate its shares such that the share price following completion of the consolidation will be at least $0.20"

    "The Company will then re‐list as Rent.com.au Ltd."
