    they took a placement in the high 20's around $4million......... then put a SLV director onto GAU board......... and then proceed to tell them they arent allowed to spend the $4 million on exploration to help prove up the ground and what they "KNOW" is there.

    Also make sure the option holders lost out by casting the No vote which they are by all means allowed to.

    Crooks strike again.
