Is there anyone from Otto or Byron on the rig taking charge.
If not, and they are not permitted, neither should we be paying for the cost overruns of the mistakes caused by bad drilling practices.
Lets hope we are past this now and have learnt from the mistake.
Looking forward to a good result in a week or so.
