You have to wonder what sort of field size would warrant a second production platform on SM71 - with production limited to 5000 bopd it would appear they are likely to be producing this amount from three wells (sounds like even at the levels of anticipated production they are chocked back already - and first indications with larger sands would give the impression their productive capacity could be greater than previously thought).
