I don't think there will be banks 'clawing' each other to lend money. It will probably go BYE - " hi i need to borrow a couple million" BANK - " ok how will you pay us back" BYE - "we have about $100 million worth of oil about to be pumped out of the ground" BANK- "I see, would you like a bit more then a couple of mill?" BYE - "no thanks, just a couple of million and we are good"
