This is a tough one, but from what I can tell it comes down to management. BYE went into an unprecedented oil price crash as a junior explorer and came out the other end a producer. They shouldn't have survived, let alone prospered. That's down to excellent management and so they are quite deserving of the current bullish outlook. The next 12 months should be exceptional (pending stuck drills and cyclonic gulf activity).
