maybe, but the successful oil well has to happen first. remember we did have a plug & abandon event not too long ago. to me "prospects" are just "prospects" in oil exploration game - cash is king. so yes as a potential insto you might lose a little premium waiting for the announcement, but you dont lose any capital if you dont invest and its a dud. hence why i think the price is depressed, no one willing to take pig punts. but if/when we discover oil, it will all change. market has to reward cash production
