Shareholders can remove management or vote down their remuneration if they disagree with it. Clearly the majority do not share your concerns. You previously claimed to have your own business - what percentage of revenue/GP/NP do you pay yourself? I would be very surprised if it is lower than what BYE management pay themselves based on any of those metrics.
