Below is a comparison of 1P reserves between OEL and BYE with the Net PDP and PDBP numbers highlighted. Also keep in mind the very positive G4 and G6 wells results, just announced, will move PUD reserves into the PDP and PDBP categories. Clearly something is amiss here with regards relative valuations between OEL and BYE.
