In oil well drilling nothing is ever certain .

What is quite clear to me is that not nearly enough capital is being spent in exploration .
Many investors are shunning the sector and exploration minnows in particular are very much out of favour .

However that is greatly improving the odds in the risk / reward gamble that we are all taking when we invest in an oil and gas explorer.
