With the renewal of drilling in the GOM , the market for skilled professionals has probably greatly increased so the rise in pay may only represent market forces .
There is no doubt in my mind that his skills and experience would be in demand .
To say what you have said does not equate with what he has achieved and I have put my money where my mouth is that he will be proved to be right in time.
