BYE would not use scrip .
If they bought it they would use cash but it would have to be at a very good price and they would not have to do any due diligence because they would know much more about the asset than any other potential purchaser .
I would not rule out selling that asset when any potential purchaser of OEL's share came calling either .
BYE has the key to opening the door to any new production at SM71.
