I wonder what BYE see in F4 that OEL doesn't? If F4 is, lets say...

I wonder what BYE see in F4 that OEL doesn't? If F4 is, lets say as good or better than expected, how long will it be until BYE will want to drill again and into F5, could be years. Also if F5 is supposedly better, why not drill that first and than side track to F4 later to clean up the scraps once F5 is depleted? Surely BYE would have asked themselves that question, as I reckon OEL would have gone in with them to clean out F4 and reduce the risk after a few years of F5 production. I hope they got it right and argued the point before giving in. I suppose that's what happens when not the operator.
