    I expect there to be quite a few halts in operations coming up. Particularly with shipping, drilling and servicing operations if the Coronavirus hits Louisiana hard or even Texas. Luckily most of these small platforms are unmanned and can be remotely shut in if needed.

    Could be that the next 6 months presents opportunities to savvy operators.
