It is apparent that the relationship between OEL and BYE has become poisonous and that a number of OEL investors are bitter towards BYE for prioritising SM58 G1 and G2 which Byron owns 100%. The recent failure at G2 has elevated feelings with everyone and the use by OEL of a firm named Collarini to dispute the reserve position at BYE does, on its face, look designed to create confusion, conflict and mayhem.
My recollection is that OEL was given every opportunity by BYE to participate at its option and eventually demurred having dicked BYE around at board level for some months. Representations made by the OEL CEO to the BYE board were rolled by the OEL board. Not good.
