I agree. This "non-commercial" announcement is noise because (1) is one of many projects they have in a pipeline and (2) what else would someone expect from an exploration company. Byron is like a credit card company. A credit card company issues credit cards to many. Some default, some pay back - overall they make a profit over long term.
It is now cheap being 23 cents, so it is now good value [for long-term entry into "producer world"]. I invested my $7600 this morning.
