Punters believe that stock prices follow the news. I disagree. On the contrary, stock prices lead the news, because they represent sentiment. Any shares in any market. Human psychology. The price was dropping well before this morning news. Look at the charts I posted with Fib retracement. Now as the target has been met, we should see the upside momentum. Cheap to buy at current level....(unless we double bottom at 20 in short-term). The next Fib-driven target is 30c then 50c then 80c then $1.10.
Weak hands must exit before the stock price can take-off. 2,748,350 volume happened so far. This indicates the weak stomachs (which Froman and Michael discussed) are out. Blue sky now!
