Good news on province however The suggestion that they have had a quieter quarter for revenue (all be it in line with expectation) and interpretation of chasing payment this current quarter which ends tomorrow ( suggests they are still chasing payments that are due), may keep a lid on sharp rise.
Personally would have liked to see a bit more certainty in terminology around cash inflows received (if material amount) as this currently suggests they are actively chasing payment but do not have a clear payment date. One would think that if they were confident of payment by tomorrow (this quarter) through discussions with debtors, then saying that we are that close to receiving cash would be better
