    Just an observation.
    There is general panic with the recent tough stance of Chinese regulators that has affected the likes of BKL , BAL , A2M , BWX , VIT & many others.
    The sentiment is generally sour....This may have reflected on SMA.
    I must admit that SMA has more experience than most to navigate this mine field , yet the market is factoring in the risk nonetheless.
