    I agree. The only effect it should have on SMA is to do with the cross border transaction agreement announced a couple of weeks ago. Best for SMA if all of the new rules/taxes/allowed products are clarified now, rather that down the track when we have snagged something lucrative that would be directly affected by this sort of tightening of regulations. Good top up/buy time for those who are interested.
