They previously had an exclusive agreement for China Mobile customers and non-exclusive to other customers with VODone Ltd using the V1 Lottery service which was being linked through a website platform
www.mycaipiao.cn (appears to now be obsolete but the lottery behind that is still active from my understanding). It was never visible as to any revenue from that connection previously as the Mylife platform which SMA uses took a while to get moving with a couple of false starts.
Not sure if that relationship is still there but if so there could be a connection, although interesting no name was mentioned in the ann.
