I don't think I'm alone in saying I'd expected a much larger bump in SP after such an announcement.
Before opening, I thought I had read it wrong. Now, seems apparent again something about SMA is on the nose.
There is no reason why today's announcement (even better than the usual rollout announcements) should not have seen a surge.
