    its a 15% dilution with a 1 for 7 .. not a big worry for the cash and stability it Brings in .

    So we LIVE on ..and are STRONG during our Sales + Countrywide EXPANSION !!

    Cash + cashflows rising = positive EPS to follow soon as Capex drops off..
