The TNG website lists John Elkington, Paul Burton and Simon Morten as Board Directors, yes you can get rid of the Board but P.B. Would still retain his position CEO and just stack the new Board with "yes" men just like he did with John Ellington and we would end up just as we are now, if you get rid of P.B. from the BOD then just maybe the BOD might move against the CEO and replace him, I may not have made myself clear before as I don't think we have a bad BOD as such but there is a bad element that needs to be cut out.
