To all shareholders that were affected by the Small Holding Sale Facility.

Under the terms of the sale as per the announcement:



and from the last published announcement re: Revised Company Constitution released to the market on the 23rd March 2012:

Under the terms of the sale the as per the Constitution:


The "retention/appointment date" was the 6th June 2018,
The 5 dates as per the above when shares were traded in GPP were:
28th May $0.0075c
29th May $0.0075c
30th May $0.0075c
31st May $0.0070c
1st june $0.0070c
5 day simple average = $0.0073c whereas they have paid only $0.005c


No this isn't mine, but this person has been short changed by $67.68c but with the amount of shares sold as Small Parcels totalling 14,717,913 this is inflated to $33,851.20 that has not been paid to these unlucky holders, furthermore there has been no information as to who/were the recipients of these shares or has GPP purchased them back themselves?
The affected shareholders justifiably deserved to be at least paid what is owing to them....... and not what GPP feel like paying!!!!
