This small holding share sale facility was openly discussed and agreed at the AGM in Sydney so was not unexpected. The words "no consolidation is considered necessary" were also stated. It is a good way out for some long term holders that have been dormant for years. It happened to me with MEI years ago at less than 15% cost after a consolidation went wrong, so I know some people can be suspicious. Roll on Wednesday webinar
