I'm hoping more knowledgeable people can help me out.
My understanding based on the Apr23 announcement is that 468SPAC will do a direct tender offer to holders at 0.21c for each CDI listed on the ASX. Is that correct?
Does anyone have thoughts around the risk of this NOT happening? Perhaps not having the cash and then discounting the offer or extending timeframes so that people give up.
As we're currently at 6.5c the market thinks this may not go through?
Any clarity would be great.
