Funny how that has blown out by months all of a sudden? Are they just going to wait until the share price is 3 cents to offer us a generous 5 cents, after all this? Because the small holdings should be getting the offer that they originally said they would be offering, so if they aren't doing that they probably won't honour it for larger holdings either...
