I'd like to see subsequent rights issues or placements offered...

I'd like to see subsequent rights issues or placements offered to all shareholders, rather than the continued fragmentation of the shareholder register.
They could still have the issue underwritten by yet another supposed cornerstone investor, but would allow all shareholders the ability to mitigate the subsequent dilution shareholders face.

I know that there hasn't as yet been a successful issue, (possibly other than that issued to CNE) but it could be argued that things are different from this point on as the risk profile has changed quite significantly.
