But the REIT sector has been out of favour for a while and I see a few reseaech articles are popping up on that sentiment changing soon. I have the same impression there Joe, we are earning, with modern buildings with good leases, solid clients and fair rent adjustment increases written into long term deals.
And the market is also ignoring the value in BKW REIT side then I think it is pretty safe.If i dont need the funds then they should look much better in a year or two.
