could be anything the way this sector is, someone might want to try and raid AusCann for its IP facility and cash given how cheap it is at the moment relative to assets, they might want to use their cash to buy something to accelerate progress or they and a grower might want to merge. Cann is raising at 40cents about a 50% discount to pre announcement probably could have done a better scrip deal paying a premium in scrip for AusCann .
just feels like something is stirring, strategic investor,Board change, CEO out , consolidation of the register.
