from memory, small shareholders get paid out tomorrow. The company had 6 months over 6 months ago to demonstrate that there will be a new project/business so that it can stay listed, so one would assume something will be announced soon, but there is no set timeline as such. Any potential new project would still be under consideration/negotiation, otherwise the directors would have been obliged to announce it already. The registry cleanup is probably enough to demonstrate to the ASX that stuff is happening though.
