I've just spoken to them. I'm pretty sure I sent back my retention form, and even - stupidly - topped up. Now, I receive Chess form saying I have no shares as they have been "Divested". CIO said they didn't receive my form. I said I haven't been paid any money for the "Divestment". They said they don't know how much I will be payed! And they don't have my bank acoount details. It's supposed to be paid on 19th May for anyone waiting for a few cents! Wish I'd never heard of this company. Cheque's in the mail. HaHa!
