Ann: Small Shareholding Sale Facility, page-33

Hi guys - there seems to be a lot of YPB experienced folk here. Could some one clarify something for me please? Am I correct in thinking that there are ~1,755 M shares on issue with ~522M of those shares on offer at 0.001-0.002c? As in there is currently ~30% of the issued shares on the market at the lowest market prices allowable.
From my observation they are looking towards a consolidation to create some liquidity, hence the small holding buyback. This might seem counter intuitive, as stocks are usually more liquid the cheaper they are (relative to there perceived and all that). But when you get this low, the jump from 0.002 to 0.003 is 50% up & 33% down. A yawning gap. A 10:1 consolidation allows incremental sales obviously and frees up the market. It is also my opinion that nearly everyone of those stocks that do this sink further after the consolidation. All IMHO of course.
