A share consolidation may make the company look healthier / more legit but it does not solve the main problem that YPB has and this is...... their sales numbers. Who is buying their product, why are the sales numbers going down???
A share consolidation may enable them to complete a capital raising easier but how does it solve the underlying problem? IMO, it does not and that is YPB remains in serious trouble.
Remember, they offered to give the stuff away for free at the start of the pandemic (a noble gesture) but who took the offer up??? Even when it was for free???
A sad and sorry state of affairs.
