While try have about $8 in the bank that is not a big buffer, not sure what it will cost to do the decline but expect they will need jumbo's and underground boggers ect and that would eat up a chunk of cash in the bank. Cash flow will help but still a bit of a stretch
On the bright side it seem the decline need not go far before hitting pay dirt
