    SMA was near 4c when everyone 2 years Ago when Most holders ran it up on the Smartpay in China Network dreams .. Now its staring to DELIVER Earnings Growth on that China Network dream by a Tie up with the Largest Telco in China "China Mobile "

    The Story went from "Big Dreams" in 2013
    to "Nightmare" in 2014
    back to "Dreams come True" in 2015
