So it is highly likely that smelters will arrive on site in 2 weeks, and take 20 weeks from then to commissioning - making it early next year at best..."

Its already dragged out another 10 weeks since the previous announcement a couple of days ago.
Therefore mid 2019 is closer to the truth. When I suggested late 2018 some months ago all the GMC cheer squad said no way it will be up and running soon.
What a joke.
