These guys missed the boat on the public comment period. Seems like they are really reaching for their complaints. Being within sight of a heritage site? Um the mines been there for years and it's not like it's open pit.
Obviously water table issues are a concern with this kind of mining but the overall methodology is the same just different lixiviant - so sounds kinda weak overall and as PEN say - they monitor the ground water anyways.
