Unfortunatly no. And the court isn't in the same town as me so I can't pop in. We are reliant on NZ court business reporting which amounts to zero.
Only thing of note, is there was no announcement today reflecting Clements confidence a settlement would be reached.
As an off the cuff observation, also seems like China is getting over Covid so probably sees NZ as a safe haven to park investment money in a tourism venture which could be up and running once borders re-open.
