    Ann doesn't specify if conversion is on repayment date or before at discretion of RMC. If repayment date then that looks like end Feb '25 so VWAP would be applicable from Feb.

    Min dilution would be circa 125m shares assuming SP is at or above 1c

    Can only assume raising to do drilling asap as current activities should be covered by existing funds and settlement of sold assets
