One big shareholder got out a few weeks ago but wasn’t a sub holder as his shares were split between his own account and his wife’s SF account apparently hence no notice. As far as I know the top 5 SH are still holding.
So untoward? Unless someone wants to encourage a big dump to take a big chunk of the company, or someone has borrowed stock and shorted this but at this level that’s a bit risky.
