I thought I might give my comments on the AGM. I thought that Brett Heading and the other directors were very, very frank in their comments. I was also impressed that Bill Garner, still our largest shareholder, I think, took the trouble the attend from the USA. He made a couple of comments that I thought were very supportive. It is obvious that we are in the final chapter for this company. It is all about a deal of some sort. Feranga have been appointed to attract as many potential "partners" as possible and I have no doubt that the offers will start to arrive shortly, if there is not already an offer on the table. The directors want enough money in the tin to allow a sufficient negotiating period to get the best possible result. They cannot completely shut the company down during the negotiating period, so need cash to survive. Therefore we have the SPP. The signal to buy, big time, will be the withdrawl of the SPP. This will signal that there is sufficient certainty for alternative, less dilutive, money to be available. This will be back the truck up time. Any deal will be at multiples of the current price, and if the SPP is withdrawn, it is a signal that the directors are confident that the cash problem is solved and a lucrative deal will eventuate.
